UNITS

In this section, we categorize units into three distinct types to streamline your selection process.

Units with Internals: Base, wall, and high cabinets with doors, including legs, shelves, hinges, handles/knobs, plinths, and basic end panels. This also encompasses any drawers, pull-outs, carousels, and other interior fitments.

Units without Internals: Similar to the above but excluding interior fitments.

Other Units: This category includes open units, wine shelves, and similar installations without doors or hinges.

WORKTOPS

Our worktop are broken down into three categories.

Worktop Lengths/Runs: Number of worktop lengths or runs required, inclusive of bolts and fixings.

Worktop Cut Outs: Covering cut outs for sinks, hobs, or any necessary adjustments around obstacles like posts.

Worktop Joints: Specifically for mitre joins (also known as hockey joints), including bolts and fixings.

SPLASHBACK & ISLAND

This section covers any splashbacks along with if you are having an island:

Splashbacks: Costed per meter length, including any required cut outs for sockets or obstacles.

Island Length: To determine the number of brackets needed for your kitchen island for secure fitting.

WATER & APPLIANCES

Sink & Tap: An easy toggle option for sink and tap installation, including fitting within 1 meter of the current water supply. Please note that this does not include water and waste connection, which is considered supplementary work.

Integrated Appliances: Installation of appliances such as hob, oven, or fridge freezer with doors, excluding connection. Connection costs will be included in supplementary works.

Freestanding Appliances: Similar to integrated appliances but for freestanding units.

MISCELLANEOUS

As the concluding section, it's important to note some additional services that, while less conventional, play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our estimates.

Boiler Boxing: Includes venting, alterations, and construction of units as required for boiler installations, ensuring accessibility for service engineers and compliance with manufacturer instructions.

Custom Work: This could encompasses tailoring units to accommodate smaller spaces or existing pipes and electrical work, resizing custom cabinets, integrating plinth lighting, or adjusting plinths to match floor levels. If there's anything beyond these mentioned, it's advisable to include it for the most precise estimate.

Unit Lighting: Covers undercounter and internal drawer lighting per light fitment.
