Detailed Checklist

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the comprehensive checklist covered during the pre-installation visit which include but not limited to:

  • Measurement Verification in accordance with Kitchen Plan.
  • Examination of Service Locations
  • Boiler Location Assessment
  • Evaluation of Finished Floor
  • Cabinet Customization Options
  • Parking and Access Restrictions
  • Delivered Kitchen Storage

So what are the Benefits?

Our meticulous pre-installation visit involves precise measurements and thorough evaluations, ensuring accuracy. This minimizes errors leading up to and during the installation process, promoting a flawless outcome for your kitchen transformation.

Anticipate and address potential challenges before installation day, enabling proactive solutions and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience when it matters most.

The visit provides a valuable platform for direct communication and relationship building. You can express preferences, ask questions, and discuss any concerns you may have. This collaborative approach ensures that the final installation aligns with your vision and expectations.

You receive clear and detailed quotes for the dry fit outlined in your installation package. Additionally, any additional services or modifications can be estimated, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the associated costs from the outset.

Estimation Process

From the last point above this leads onto the estimation process which covers both the dry fit and any additional services you may require.

After assessing your requirements we will provide 2 separate quotations for Dry fit and Supplementary Works.

  • A “Dry Fit” kitchen installation encompasses the assembly, customization, and fitting of furniture. This includes the installation of sinks, taps, appliances, and light fittings. However, the final connections to services and any supplementary works are to be undertaken by other appointed trades.
  • “Supplementary works” involves tasks beyond basic assembly and fitting. This may include specific utility connections (plumbing, electrical, gas) and any supplementary construction needed for seamless integration. It encompasses tasks requiring specialized skills or coordination with other trades to complete the entire kitchen installation process.

We collaborate with local specialized tradespeople to enhance your experience, offering a convenient one-stop-shop solution. Our team can efficiently project manage and coordinate with these trades, ensuring a seamless process. Please be aware that estimates for additional works are provided during the pre-installation visit and require coordination with the relevant trades for accurate quotations. Alternatively, if you’re up for it, you can organize these additional tasks yourself while leaving the fitting to us – that’s our specialty!
